I picked a song and created a poster to visually represent what the song means to me. I called this project And I Am Here. In the song, a man is dead, but in heaven his spirit is conveyed by a song that comforts the woman he left behind by letting her know that he is always with her. The reality of his physical death is sad, but when she closes her eyes and listens to this song, she feels like he is next to her and her heart warms. The woman writes a letter to him, thinking about her beloved, but her letter is always wet with tears. Tears are symbols of sadness and tears are expressed by the water wheel. The amber hues of the imagery express the warmth in her heart.
